Replica Studio opens completely for seven days from its first launch. Everything is unlocked, no payment details are asked for, and nothing is charged. This week is given by the app itself: it is not an App Store introductory offer, so no subscription starts when it ends and there is nothing to cancel.
When the seven days are over, the studio closes and the subscription screen takes its place, until a subscription is purchased.
Two plans are offered, monthly and yearly. The price is the one shown in the app, which the App Store returns for your country: it may differ from one country to another and may include applicable taxes. The prices quoted in the App Store listing are the United States prices.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the then-current price, unless it is cancelled at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged within the twenty-four hours before each renewal.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Replica Studio. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Settings, as above.
Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by CIBELE. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We have no access to your payment details and cannot issue, refuse or reverse a charge ourselves.
Nothing in this policy restricts the rights you hold under the consumer law of your country. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, a consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases; by starting to use the paid content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that the service begins at once. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
If a price changes, Apple notifies subscribers before the change takes effect and, where its rules require it, asks for consent before renewing at the new price.
