Replica Studio

Cookies & Local Storage

What is stored on your device, and by whom.

1. Replica Studio sets no cookies of its own

The app uses no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie and no tracking technology of any kind. There is no account, no profile and no identifier that follows you between apps or websites.

2. What the app stores on your device

To work at all, the app keeps a small amount of information on the device itself:

None of this is sent to us. It stays in the app's own container on the device, and iOS deletes all of it when the app is deleted.

3. The embedded YouTube player

Film scenes are played through YouTube's official embedded player. Replica Studio neither hosts nor downloads these clips.

When a clip plays, your device connects to Google's servers. Google may set its own cookies and similar identifiers, receives your IP address and technical data about your device, and may show its own advertising before a clip. That processing is Google's, under Google's terms and privacy policy, not ours. The app uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where the player supports it, which limits — but does not remove — this processing.

Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Subscription technology

Purchases run through the App Store and through RevenueCat, which checks whether a subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier created for the installation and the purchase information Apple returns. It receives no name, no email address and no recording.

5. Your choices

You can clear everything the app has stored by deleting the app. Film scenes cannot be played without connecting to YouTube; if you prefer not to connect to Google, the rest of the studio — sounds, rhythm, breath and voice, classics, cold reads — works without them.
